The Agricultural craft Brewery J63 is also a restaurant-pizzeria open every day for lunch and dinner. It is possible to have lunch and dinner in large rustic rooms in direct contact with the brewery area, served by a kitchen and a pizzeria equipped with advanced equipment and a wood-burning oven.
The dough of our products is prepared using natural yeast, which is left to work in full respect of the natural yeast times. This allows our pizzas, schiacciate and croutons to be thin and fragrant, light and perfectly digestible.
The flagship of our restaurant are the tasty dishes of traditional Tuscan cuisine, made by the wise hands of our chef, many of which are prepared with beer or ingredients related to its production, all to be combined with one or more of the Beer J63.
We are famous for the pork shark, which can be enjoyed together with a full-bodied JRubra in Teutonic style. But the J63 specialties are all meat dishes, reinterpreted in a style that fuses Tuscan tradition with street-food Made in USA.

Inside the dining room you can arrange lunches and dinners on reservation, customizable to the slightest detail. In front of the J63 Brewery there is a large green park, which in the beautiful season becomes the ideal setting for pleasant outdoor evenings immersed in the unspoilt Tuscan countryside of Tenuta Torre a Cenaia.
